Information we collect
We collect the contact details you submit through our forms or consultation bookings — name, company, email, phone and the details of your finance operation. When you engage us, we also process the accounting data required to perform the agreed services inside your systems.
How we use information
Information is used to respond to enquiries, scope engagements, deliver contracted accounting and finance services, and meet legal or contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client accounting data for any purpose beyond delivering your services.
Client data and confidentiality
Client financial data remains the property of the client. Access is granted by you, limited to the personnel assigned to your engagement, and revocable at any time. Every team member is bound by confidentiality obligations, and access is logged for audit purposes.
Security controls
We operate least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication, encrypted transmission, secured devices and documented offboarding. Work is performed in your systems wherever possible so data stays under your controls rather than being copied elsewhere.
Data retention
Enquiry information is retained only as long as needed to respond and maintain business records. Engagement working papers are retained per the contracted terms, then deleted or returned at your instruction.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, and you may unsubscribe from communications at any time. Email connect@atoutsourcing.com and we will respond promptly.
