Use of this website
Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. It is not accounting, tax, audit or legal advice, and no engagement exists until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
Engagements and scope
Each engagement is defined in a written agreement covering scope, seats, service levels, reporting lines and fees. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Staffing and supervision
ATO personnel are our employees or contractors, assigned exclusively to your engagement for dedicated seats. You direct the day-to-day work; we remain responsible for employment, training, review and replacement cover.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely system access, source documents, approvals and a point of contact. Delays in access or information may affect agreed timelines.
Fees and billing
Seats are billed monthly at the rate stated in your agreement, with no recruitment or placement fees. Project work is billed per the milestones in the relevant statement of work. Invoices are payable on the agreed terms.
Confidentiality
Each party protects the other's confidential information and uses it only for the engagement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the agreement.
Term and termination
Engagements run month to month unless stated otherwise, and may be terminated on the notice period in your agreement. On termination we return or delete client data as instructed and support an orderly handover.
Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected services, except where liability cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
